MySUN webmail is the students’ email for Stellebosch University. This webmail allows both students and staff to access unique institutional email accounts that connect them to the university.

Features of the Webmail
There are so many features of MySUN webmail that you must take advantage of. It is very important to know some of the features so you can use the email account effectively.
One of the major features is the fact that the account is a Premium Microsoft email account. It means you can access products including Premium Office 365 features.
You can also get access to Microsoft OneDrive which is a cloud storage disk for your account.
Microsoft premium institutional email accounts come with larger email inbox storage. This means you don’t have to delete your important messages just to free space.
The MySUN Webmail also gives you access to an instant messenger that allows you to communicate with your colleagues.
Is the same email account that you will use to access all other Stellenbosch Portals including the MySUN Students portal.
MySUN Webmail Login
Stellenbosch University has both locally and cloud-hosted email accounts. It is up to you to know if your email account is in the clouds or hosted locally.
You can log into the email account by going to this link. You should see a page similar to the image below.
Depending on the hosting, click on the appropriate link on the next page. Most of the MySUN email accounts are hosted in the cloud so simply click on “Outlook Cloud Email (Office 365)*“.
Enter your email address and password.
