To be qualified for admission, the prospective candidate must have the following minimum qualifications:

KCSE mean grade of C+ with at least C+ in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics and English or Kiswahili.

Advanced Level Certificate (EAACE or KACE) with two Principal passes in Biology and Chemistry and at least a subsidiary pass in
Mathematics or Physics.

Diploma holders in Medical Sciences: A minimum Kenya Certificate of Education (KCE) Division II or C+ in KCSE in addition to a Credit Pass in professional qualifications from a recognized Medical Training Institution.

Any Degree in Biological Sciences from a recognized university; or any other relevant qualification listed in the General Admissions criteria.
