How To Sign In To Adler IT Service Desk Portal
- Select your browser of choice (ITS recommends using Google Chrome or Firefox).
- In the URL/address field type in https://support.adler.edu/support/home.
- Click On Sign in at the Left Corner at the top bar.
- You will be redirected to the URL ; https://login.microsoftonline.com/
- Sign in with your Email , Phone or skype To Access Your Account.
- Click On Next To Continue.
How To Reset Password on Adler Canvas LMS Portal
- Select your browser of choice (ITS recommends using Google Chrome or Firefox).
- In the URL/address field type in https://adler.instructure.com/courses/2.
- Click on Password Reset
- To visit the URL, click the button below.
- You will br redirected to the URL ; https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- To recover your account, begin by entering your email or username and the characters in the picture or audio below.
- Email or Username: * – Example: user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com or user@contoso.com
- Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio. *

How to Take a Screenshot On Adler IT Service Desk Login
A screenshot is a snapshot of what is on your computer screen at the moment. Taking a screenshot is helpful for support because it allows you to capture errors that may be difficult to replicate for a service desk technician.
Windows
To capture the entire desktop
- Press the Windows logo key W + W to open the Windows Ink Workspace. Select Fullscreen snip.
- The Snip & Sketch tool will open and you will see a screenshot of your entire desktop.
- Use the controls at the top to edit, annotate, or save the image.
To capture a selection of your screen
- Windows logo key W + Shift + S to open up the Snip & Sketch tool immediately. The mouse will become a + symbol. Click and drag the mouse to make the selection.
- Release the mouse button and the image will be copied to the clipboard. Click on the notification at the bottom right of the screen to edit, annotate, or save. Paste the image into an editable field.
MacOS
To capture the entire desktop
Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3.
The screenshot will be saved as a file on your desktop named “Picture 1.”
To capture a selection of your screen
- Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4 on your keyboard. The cursor will turn into a cross-hairs icon.
- Move the crosshair pointer to where you want to start the screenshot.
- Drag to select an area. While dragging, you can hold the Shift key, Option key, or Space bar to change the way the selection moves.
- When you’ve selected the area you want, release your mouse or trackpad button. To cancel, press the Escape (esc) key before you release the button.
- Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
To capture a window
- Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4 on your keyboard. The cursor will turn into a cross-hairs icon.
- Press the Space bar. The pointer changes to a camera pointer.
- Move the camera pointer over a window to highlight it.
- Click your mouse or trackpad. To cancel, press the Escape (esc) key before you click.
- Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
This works with Finder windows and most application windows.
Mobile Devices
Android:
- Hold down at once Volume Down and Power for 1-2 seconds.
- Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.
iOS (iPhone, iPad or iPod):
- Hold down Sleep/Wake then immediately press and release Home.
- Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.
